Slogtember 2 - Chinatown and Weekend's Bits

It's already September which means... UN Day is getting closer and closer in OFS. Meita and I decided to crash in the practice session last Saturday to check out the new routines and everything. They decided to do Kecak (Balinese) this year so we're hoping for the best to come and they could rock the performance just like the years before!

Coming back to SIS after a few months hiatus from anything related to SIS is pretty cool. I miss tutoring session with PPIS 6 there every Sunday, I miss the Saturday or after school practice for Gamelan and Saman 3, 2, and 1 year(s) ago. And I got my chance again to play on the swings which was very nice :D

Anywayssss, after the practice, Meita Uwi Marsha and I went around to eat at this place Marsha recommended. I think it was Maison Ikkoku. The food they have looks really delicious and they also got cakes and coffees and tea and other drinks. The Red Velvet Cake is delicious! I usually don't really like Red Velvet because it's too "bleh" but Ikkoku's red velvet was delicious!

Here's a weird plant with forks on it found near the coffe house:

Afterwards we went to Chinatown to go to the Lomo Embassy but before that we need to walk past small stores and a lot of other interesting stuffs along the road both at Arab Street/Kampong Glam and Chinatown.

Since it's the Hungry Ghost month (i guess?),  the big temple has lots of lanterns hanged on the ceiling. Lampionnya juga ada di jalan-jalan, digantungin dari satu ruko ke ruko yang lain..

And that's all about the weekend guys, see you!
