Sephora Curaçao

Lately, I've been having the urge to paint my finger nails. I don't do this very often as I suck at making it look neat. (I like to do my toes, though)

I bought this one quite a while ago for an event, I guess. I wanted a bright blue color and I pick this one, Curaçao.

It looks bright and blue. I was hoping that it will look as vibrant when I apply it to my nails. However, it gotten a bit dark but still very blue which is lovely.

What's more interesting is that under different light condition (a little bit orange-colored light), the color would look slightly green.

The good thing about this is that it stays quite well. It's my third day, and it still looks good. The bottle itself is also small. It's good for me because I rarely finish a bottle of nail polish. Moreover, it's not that expensive for a "high-end-ish" product (under $10) compared to other brand which charge sometimes more than $15.

Day 7

Day 7 - One story of a memory you have

I don't think I wrote this before. But here we go :)

When I was in second semester of 8th grade, the whole year went to a study tour/trip to Jogjakarta for 5 days. It was my first experience to go away from home without my parents. Each homebase was assigned to one bus with 3 teachers as supervisors. 

The great thing about this trip is that you're allowed to choose your roommate. Each room consists of 6 students of the same gender. I was with my 5 best friends; Marina, Lucy, Resti, Ghea, and Egy. We were all really close at the time so we have soooo many things to talk about every time we were in the room. We also carry our own baggage on trip so we really have a lot of things to be discussed. It was like having girls night out for a week, or being with your girl cousins on a trip.

As a result we stayed up real late every single night and missed breakfast every morning. We had to ask the other group of girls from our class to wake us up every morning :P

We also were a bunch of teenagers so we pulled prank on people. The one that I actually remember was we phoned other rooms and said hello for so many times until the person on the other line hung up, or just said nothing.

We had a lot of fun.
We cried and we laughed.
It was a beautiful, memorable trip - awesome 5 days with awesome best friends.

Sadly, we rarely talk today :( nonetheless, I love them all to bits..

Day 6 - Two things that you want

For now, I want:

Holga 135 fisheye lens and viewfinder. I've been trying to find this in store but no one has this. I just found one online couple weeks ago finally.

Another one would be, shoes or maybe another analogue camera... I can't really choose one hahaha.

Day 1

Day 1 - Seven things that crosses your mind a lot.

Why people do what people do
I like to find that out, what justify people's action, what causes reaction, why some things are okay to do for some people or in some culture and some things aren't.

University
I'm going to one next year, and to be honest I don't know whether I should be excited, happy or nervous and scared, or all at once.

My family
The last time we got together was 3-4 years ago when my uncle got married, and some members couldn't come for important reasons. I would love to get together with everyone sometime soon.

My friends
Some of my best friends are now all over the country and the world and I can't see them everyday. And I miss them so much. It's a good thing I guess that I handle it better now than I was 3 years ago.

Music
I would love to do more of this forever. But I know I'm not oh-so-wonderfully-amazing at this, so yeah..

Memories from school
Especially the ones that I went through at home. I learnt a lot from them, I miss them. Sometimes, I become really mean and wish that I could redo everything all over again because now what I love and cherish are just memories. It wasn't perfect but that made it beautiful. It was special and full of special people and I met the ones I want to be with forever in my life if I have the chance.

I just couldn't help it. I do this all the time.
